My Background
Before starting my own practice, I worked across project management, business development, consulting, and organisational development, supporting teams in shaping strategy, setting goals, and navigating complexity.
Over time, I saw how often creative professionals and small organisations struggled not with motivation, but with the systems around their work. Too many ideas, too many tasks, and not enough structure to move forward with intention.
This observation shaped my current approach: a blend of OKRs, strategic thinking, and coaching that helps people work with more focus, better strategy, and more confidence, without losing the individuality or creativity that defines them.
